• Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment
• Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil) for 3–5 days unless prescribed
• Reschedule if you have an active skin infection, cold sore, or illness
• Avoid intense workouts and caffeine the day of your appointment
• Schedule dental work at least 2 weeks before or after injectables to prevent inflammation or movement in the lower face
• Arrive with a clean face — free of makeup, lotions, or SPF.
• Do not lie down for 4 hours post-treatment
• Avoid touching or massaging treated areas for 4 hours, preferably the remainder of the day after treatment
• No strenuous activity, alcohol, heavy sun exposure, blood thinners or saunas for 24 hours
• Avoid facials, massages, or dental work for 2 weeks
• Results develop gradually; allow up to 2 weeks for full effect
