Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied to future appointments once forfeited.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.n.

Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being unable to be performed, as it cuts into treatment time and does not allow the proper time required to meet the standard of care.

• There is no guarantee treatment can be performed if the patient arrives more than 10 minutes late.
• Rescheduling is at the provider’s discretion.
• If rescheduled due to late arrival, the $100 deposit on file will be forfeited and may not be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
